Willows Mini-Carnival

We all had such a fun and successful and extremely hot day walking in the mini-parade followed by the fabulous carnival atmosphere afterwards.

Some people handled the heat better than others........

.........although ingenious it's not a look for everyone!!

...perhaps the free ice lollies would cool us all down?

..unless off course you are already too cool for school!!

                                                                       haha...lol!!

On a serious note Jamie, Tom and Cos worked hard selling biscuits and raffle tickets to keep the choir funded for another month.
Special thanks to Mira for her delicious cookies!!

Meanwhile Jo crooned the crowds and baby James called it a day and went to sleep!!

Till next year....turrah xxx

Freshney Ward Councillors attend our furst open day.

Welcome to The Willows Community Choir!

To have arrived here you must have heard about us somehow....which is hardly surprising because we are very loud!!

Mr Cliff Barber our local ward councillor attended our very first open day at The Bishop King Centre and presented the choir with a generous cheque for £150.00.

Thankyou to the councillors and the whole community for getting us off to a good start!!
